Job responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional support.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions.

Conduct regular customer check-ins and account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide product training to customers and assist in the development of user documentation and resources.

Monitor customer usage and adoption, providing recommendations to maximize value and success.

Escalate critical customer issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.

Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to implement improvements.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and technology offerings.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current on market trends and competitor offerings.

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or technical support role, preferably in the technology industry or cyber security product

Strong technical background and understanding of Linux System Administration, Bash scripting, Installation & networking.

Management of Elastic, Pulsar process is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Demonstrated success in a customer-facing, consultative role.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
