Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or technical support role, preferably in the technology industry or cyber security product
Strong technical background and understanding of Linux System Administration, Bash scripting, Installation & networking.
Management of Elastic, Pulsar process is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated success in a customer-facing, consultative role.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
