What is the pilot program?

You can expect 9-12 months of full access to NextRay’s Network Detection and Response solution... and you won’t pay a dime!

Each participant will get:

  • Real-time threat detection and response, with the analysis platform.
  • User access for all of your team members.
  • Physical or virtual devices to deploy on-prem or in the cloud.
  • Regular check-ins to ensure you’re getting the best experience.
  • A dedicated customer success team member who will facilitate set-up, installation, communication, and coordinate meetings.

What is expected of a participant?

Your role is to get the most value from the experience as you possibly can, and assist us in to refining our product and support.

You’ll meet with us to:

  • Scope what you want to accomplish in the pilot. We’ll work together to detail what you’d like to accomplish with the pilot, and define an action plan to work together.
  • Generate meaningful metrics: You’ll walk away with recorded metrics like mean-time-to-detection and the number of threats you would’ve missed without NDR.
  • Have periodic feedback sessions: Together, we’ll review your experience working with us and with the tool itself
  • Request changes or new features: You’ll help guide our development team to make the product fit your needs and workflow
  • Ultimately, if you LOVED your experience, we’ll ask for a testimonial, and to use your experience in a case study.
